Customer case: TripWire Solutions will give a presentation together with Bisnode Interact, a large scale European marketing service provider. The presentation will discuss the creation of a European data warehouse platform for one of the largest FMCG companies in the world and the framework that was used.
In today’s marketing space marketers are confronted with a growing number of media to take into account such as websites, mobile channels, emails, call centers, … And on top of this real time integration of customer data is becoming the standard.
Confronted with these new needs and the limitations of its existing solution Bisnode Interact decided to create a new framework for its Pan European customer together with TripWire solution.
The European data warehouse platform allows to easily integrate files containing marketing specific data from any country such as consumer data, websites click behavior, e-mail responses, coupon usage info, survey info and others. The key strength of the platform are:
- Wizard driven definition and loading of any data file by marketing specialists who do not need to have Business Intelligence expertise.
- Support of multi country privacy regulation through a privacy management module taking into account local legislation.
- A data cleaning engine based on 30 years of expertise in the domain of normalization, standardization and deduplication.
In this way the 360° single view of the customer is guaranteed. Calculating Business Variables based on the available data gives an extra angle on this 360° view. The platform built for this customer resulted in a framework that allows faster development for new customers.
